If you’re running late for your appointment, please contact us directly. If we’re unable to reach you past our 15 minute grace period, the appointment will then be considered a no-show
Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of your $30 deposit, and a new deposit must be placed to reserve a new appointment.
No Call-No Show appointments will be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment
While we do accept clients with lashes from elsewhere, it is required to be booked under the appropriate “Foreign Fill” appointment to allot for enough time.
We reserve our right as professionals to refuse to work on top of extensions that we deem to be harmful to the client’s lash health, and you may be advised to have them removed entirely.
In the event that you experience any adverse effects during or following your service, please inform us immediately.
We do not accept walk-ins, and we rarely accept same day bookings for appointments, please call us to determine availability.

-
Avoid any exposure to water/steam for at least the first 24 hours
Avoid rubbing your eyes, and don’t pick at or pull on your lashes.
Please avoid q-tips, makeup wipes, or any product that can potentially have lint snag at the extensions
We recommend brushing your lashes at least once a day, primarily in the morning to straighten out any that may have gotten twisted in the night.
To keep your lashes clean and give you the most optimal retention, it is recommended you clean them with a cleanser formulated for lash extensions. This is recommended at least 3x a week, or at the end of every day if you apply makeup.
We do not recommend using heavy or oil based products in or around your general eye area, and heavily discourage the usage of any waterproof eye makeup. The removal process of these from the lashes can have negative effects on overall retention.

Avoid water and steam exposure for at least 24 hours

Step by step images are depicted below. Parking is free and available on either side of the building as well as in front, however we recommend entering through the front door facing the street, as the doors on either side of the parking lot are only accessible via staff key. After that its just a couple right hand turns from the lobby, and we’re at the end of the hall. If the door is open, come on in! If not, please knock to let us know you’re here, and then have a seat in the lobby.
